Jennifer Lopez Spotted on Date with Mr. Peanut

Jennifer Lopez and Mr. Peanut cut glamorous figures when they were spotted standing in the middle of Times Square in New York City yesterday.

Flashing a chiseled midriff and a hint of cleavage in a scarlet off-the-shoulder Balmain crop top, Lopez accessorized her attention-hither outfit with a matching choker and a new beau - the iconic mascot for Planters Peanuts.

"Jennifer is amazing," Mr. Peanut, clad in a classic gray flannel suit-monocle combination, tipping a black Vanderbilt top hat with an espresso ash derby walking stick, remarked. "We are enjoying ourselves very much. And of course Planters Peanuts."

Despite Lopez's recent splits from short term paramours Alex Rodriguez, Charlie Tuna and the caveman from the Geico ads, some around the cozy songstress-snack idol duo are already predicting the possible sound of wedding bells.

"There just seems to be something special about this pair," Lopez's agent Dallas Offerman commented. "Jennifer not only loves the great taste, but also the good cholesterol and numerous other health benefits Planters Peanuts provide."

Offerman revealed that the pair are planning a week's vacation in the Alps later this month, where the cool weather is conducive for maintaining Mr. Peanut's freshness.
